Make mealtime family learning time. Babies

Babies may need to try a food 10 times or more before liking it. The more they see, touch, smell and taste new foods, the more they
will enjoy them later. Smashing fruit helps babies explore new words, textures and tastes. When you talk to babies about what they feel and taste during this activity, you are supporting their language development and curiosity.
