Leading literacy in British Columbia
Decoda Literacy Solutions is the leading non-profit literacy organization in British Columbia. Supporting a network of 102 community task groups, we provide resources, training and funds to identify and address community-based literacy and learning priorities in over 400 communities across the province. We support children and families, youth, adult learners, Aboriginal Peoples and immigrant communities to help improve literacy and learning skills so people can reach their full potential and achieve their life goals.
Decoda is derived from the word decode, which means to create understanding; to unravel the mystery – literacy helps us make sense of the modern world.
