Description

This family oriented function is one of three events sponsored by Quadra Literacy and friends during BC Family Literacy Week, January 21 – 28. Well-loved storytellers Laurie North, Margo McLaughlin and Jeanette Taylor will captivate us with tales of magic, humour and whimsy from near and far that can be enjoyed by all ages.
We welcome quiet school-age children and their grown-ups, youth and families for a free hour of delightful storytelling on January 21 at 2:00 at Herons at the Heriot Bay Inn. Cool door prizes; a gift for everyone who is school-age.
Herons will open for lunch and refreshments from 12:00 – 1:30 featuring a special family menu. Reservations for lunch are recommended – call 250-285-3322.
